Photon Laser Tag

This project is a modern recreation of the classic Photon laser tag system, developed as part of the Software Engineering course at the University of Arkansas during the Spring 2024 semester. The simulation replicates a real laser tag game, where users create profiles stored in a database using Supabase. A traffic generator simulates interactions between players during runtime, transmitting information by managing network ports and signals. Each game run is randomized, resulting in different outcomes every time. To run this project, a Supabase account is required for storing user profiles, and Python packages such as Pygame are needed. The purpose of this project was to simulate a professional work environment for software engineers, focusing on collaboration, task management, and real-world software development challenges.

Developed an informative website for RitMir Ventures, a lending firm, using WYSIWYG software...

In 2021, I created an informative website for RitMir Ventures, a lending firm, utilizing WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) software. The website was designed with multiple subsections to comprehensively inform visitors about the firm's diverse investment portfolio. It included detailed pages that outlined the firm's various investment strategies and redirected users to external sites for additional information. Additionally, the site provided a thorough overview of RitMir Ventures, featuring sections on the firm's operating licenses, compliance with industry regulations, and an in-depth biography of the owner, highlighting their experience and qualifications in the financial sector. The overall goal was to create a user-friendly, professional, and informative platform that effectively represented the firm online.

NFL Database Interface

Developed a web front end for a database tracking NFL teams, games, and players...

For the CSCE 4523 course, I developed a website that serves as a web front end to a database tracking NFL football teams, games, and players. The project involved creating a relational database with at least three tables: Team, Game, and Player. The website supports various functions, such as adding games and players to the database, viewing players by team or position, and sorting teams by conference and wins. The interface was designed to be user-friendly and professional, with the ability to perform complex queries and modifications to the database. The project emphasized best practices in database design and web development, including clean code, thorough testing, and responsive design.

I designed and developed a personal website to showcase my portfolio, resume, and professional experience. The website features a clean and modern design, with sections dedicated to my projects, skills, certifications, and contact information. The goal of the site is to provide a comprehensive overview of my capabilities as a software engineer, with detailed project descriptions, links to my GitHub repositories, and a downloadable resume. The website is fully responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
